New York, NY – Cignature Realty announced the $8,300,000 sale of 830 West 177th Street, a 5-story, multifamily apartment building with a total of 44 residential units. The property is located on West 177th Street between Haven and Pinehurst Avenues in Washington Heights, Manhattan.
The 35,200 square foot building sold for approximately $236 per square foot.
