New York, NY – Cignature Realty facilitated the sale of a 16-building multifamily portfolio for $47,000,000. The Inwood and Washington Heights Portfolio is comprised of 433 residential units and 2 stores located across three neighborhoods in Manhattan – Inwood, Washington Heights, and Harlem.

The properties include: 109 Sherman Avenue, 113 Sherman Avenue, 117 Sherman Avenue, 121 Sherman Avenue, 125 Sherman Avenue, 129 Sherman Avenue, 133 Sherman Avenue, 252 Sherman Avenue, 22 Post Avenue, 26 Post Avenue, 30 Post Avenue, 34 Post Avenue, 38 Post Avenue, 66 Vermilyea Avenue, 519 West 143rd Street, and 574 West 161st Street.

The 385,968 square foot portfolio sold for approximately $122 per square foot.
