Who or what do you attribute to your success?
I credit much of my initial success to a few things. First, I have two great mentors at Cignature Realty. From day one, the firm’s founders, Lazer Sternhell and Peter Vanderpool set the tone, setting achievable goals and holding me accountable for the work that I do. Peter and Lazer lead by example, forcing agents like myself to emulate the work ethic and skills that make them so successful. Additionally, as a rookie, I have made a conscious effort to learn as much as possible as fast as possible. I believe this has allowed me to be confident when speaking with clients and ultimately convey that I am someone worthy of their time.
