Cignature Realty Associates closed the sale of 880 Saint Nicholas Avenue in Sugar Hill, Harlem, for $7 million. The 43,160 s/f property is a six-story elevator 36-unit apartment building. Peter Vanderpool and Lazer Sternhell of Cignature Realty represented both the purchaser and seller.
