Cignature Realty has been named exclusive broker for the sale of a six-story, multi-use walk-up at 221 East Broadway in the Lower East Side. The asking price is $9.75 million. The building features 26 apartments, six retail stores and an art gallery in its basement space. The building also offers rental income from two rooftop cell phone antennas. Peter Vanderpool, Cignature’s president is handling the assignment.
