New York, NY – June 22, 2021 – Cignature Realty recently closed a mixed-use multifamily apartment building for $23,500,000. The property, 30 East 14th Street, is a 5-story multifamily building, with a total of 16 apartments and 2 retail stores. The building is located on East 14th Street between Fifth Avenue and University Place in Union Square.
The 20,900 square foot building with 30,725 square feet of air rights sold for approximately $1,124 per square foot.
