Jonathan Janashvili began his real estate career as the Director of Marketing for a Brooklyn-based commercial real estate firm. After immersing himself in the day-to-day of leasing and sales, Jonathan’s interest shifted from showcasing properties to selling. In 2019, he received his New York Real Estate Broker license and advanced to executing several retail and office dealings for high-end commercial clients.

 

Within Cignature Realty’s Investment Sales Group, Jonathan specializes in multifamily and mixed-use properties located in Manhattan's Downtown West area.

After graduating high school in three years, Jonathan studied in Jerusalem as well as Queens College in New York.

 

Jonathan lives in Far Rockaway with his wife and child. He is an avid fundraiser for cherished community organizations including Chai Lifeline.
