Flavia Zaguini began her real estate career at a boutique real estate company with a focus on luxury apartments and small developments in downtown Manhattan. Most recently, she worked for a large global real estate firm that brokered luxury townhouses and multifamily buildings valued at $10 million and above.

Within Cignature Realty’s Investment Sales Group, Flavia specializes in multifamily and mixed-use properties in Manhattan’s Midtown East area.

Flavia grew up in Brazil, where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She moved to New York to pursue a Master’s in Fine Arts focused on acting and has studied at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. Flavia is proficient in Spanish and Portuguese and lives in Manhattan, where she is a yoga instructor and wellness enthusiast.
